U.S. Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $6 shipping fee. Standard shipping typically takes 4 - 7 business days to arrive after dispatch.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping seasons.
International Shipping
International orders may take 10 - 18 business days to arrive after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing, local postal services, and country-specific regulations.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are outside of our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.
Lost Packages (In Transit Only)
If your package appears lost in transit (not marked as delivered), please contact us so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier. Claims must typically be filed within a limited timeframe, so please reach out promptly.
Delivered Packages & Liability
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, liability transfers to the customer.
If you cannot locate your package after delivery confirmation, you must contact your local carrier directly to request GPS delivery confirmation and file any necessary claims.
Carrier Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier disruptions, severe weather, or peak seasons. We appreciate your patience in these situations.
Return Policy
At Troveya, we take pride in the quality and care of every piece. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will gladly make it right.
To qualify:
- You must contact us within 24 hours of confirmed delivery
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- Clear photos of the item and packaging are required
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the condition of the item and packaging
- A replacement (if inventory is available), or
- A refund to your original payment method
- A $5 restocking fee per item will apply
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the error was ours)
